Avalanches possible in mountains of North Ossetia

There is a possibility of avalanches in mountains of North Ossetia on January 21-22, the press service of the Russian Emergency Ministry's office in the republic said.

The Transcaucasian Highway was closed yesterday due to the threat of avalanches and heavy snow.
