Gref: oil prices will strengthen in the second half of the year

In the first half of 2016, oil prices will fluctuate in the range of $25-35 per barrel, the head of Sberbank German Gref believes.

He focused on the fact that in the second half of the year oil prices are expected to increase to $30-40 per barrel, Gazeta.ru reports.
