Peskov does not consider drop of ruble exchange rate to be a collapse

The current change in the ruble exchange rate is not a collapse, and the Central Bank of Russia has a scenario that would allow such developments to be allowed, the Kremlin assured.

"I would not use the word "collapse". The rate (of ruble) is really changing, the exchange rate is volatile, but this is not a collapse," TASS quoted the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, as saying.
