Peskov does not consider drop of ruble exchange rate to be a collapse

"I would not use the word "collapse". The rate (of ruble) is really changing, the exchange rate is volatile, but this is not a collapse," TASS quoted the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, as saying.
