Storm warning announced in North Ossetia

The occurrence of emergency situations due to weather conditions is possible in the republic of North Ossetia, the federal state institution 'Department of Highways of the Caucasus' reported today.

The department asked all the residents of North Ossetia-Alania to restrict the movement of private vehicles on federal highways in the period fron January 23rd to 24th 2016, in connection with an expected snowfall. According to the forecast, there is a danger of avalanches in the mountainous areas of the republic, SKFO.ru reports.
