A representative of the Operational Headquarters of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee in Dagestan said that a counter-terrorism operation regime, imposed on the Suleyman-Stalsky, Tabasaransky and Khivsky districts of Dagestan, was lifted in connection with the completion of all operational activities, Gazeta.ru reports.
