Natig Amirov becomes new aide to Azerbaijani President on economic reforms
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAzerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Natig Amirov as his aide on economic reforms.
Natig Amirov was born in 1967. He graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economy named after N.A.Voznesenskiy in 1990, and from the Science-and-Education Center of Tefekkur University in 1998.
In 1990 he worked as the senior budget economist in the Financial Department. In 1993-1994 he was the chief tax inspector, in 1994-1997 he was the head of the Department on Monitoring Compliance with Tax Legislation and State Price Control in Non-Governmental Entities of the Sumgayit State Tax Inspectorate. In 1997-2000 Natig Amirov worked as the deputy head of the Sumgayit State Tax Inspectorate.
In 2001-2003 he worked as the deputy head of the department of work with large taxpayers of the Ministry of Taxes, in 2003-2005 he was the head of the department of economic analysis and organization of registration of the Ministry of Taxes.
On August 16th 2005 Amirov was appointed as the deputy minister of taxes. On March 4th 2009 he was appointed the first deputy minister of taxes, Trend reports.
