Alexander Brod: "We see that the Minsk Agreements are constantly being violated"

The Director of the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights, member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights, member of the Presidential Council for Interethnic Relations, Alexander Brod, summarized the results of 2015 in Ukraine, and also presented a new report of the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights, dedicated to the humanitarian aspects of the ongoing Ukrainian conflict.
