Foreign exchange reserves decrease in Iran

According to the "Economist" magazine, the Iranian foreign currency
reserves, excluding gold, will fall this year by more than 6 billion
dollars, Iran News reports.

The "Economist" estimates that the Iranian foreign exchange reserves
amounted to 81 billion, 59 million dollars last year. It is assumed
that in the current year, these reserves will decrease by 6 billion
250 million and amount to 74 billion, 809 million dollars.

In 2008, the country's foreign exchange reserves were the highest
during the recent years.
