Iranian drone photographs US aircraft carrier

An Iranian surveillance drone flew over a US aircraft carrier and took photographs of it during an ongoing naval drill, Iranian state television reports.

The Iranian report did not name the US vessel filmed by the drone. The US refused to comment.

According to the AP agency, the USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier is launching airstrikes against Daesh in the Persian Gulf region, Interfax reports.
