Kalmykia head names three 'pillars' of republic's development

At the first meeting of the new Cabinet, the head of the republic of
Kalmykia, Alexei Orlov made proposals to improve the quality of the
government and outlined the priorities for socio-economic development
of the republic, Interfax-South reports.

He also named three pillars of the socio-economic development of the
republic: the modernization of agriculture, particularly of cattle
breeding, the optimization of the fuel and energy sector and land
reform.
