More than 1600 refugees cross Turkish-Syrian border in two days

"Syrian Turkmens and Arabs continue to leave their places of residence due to increased attacks in the area of Bayyrbudzhak. The other day thousands of families were accommodated in the Yamada camps on Syrian territory. Due to the increased risk to their lives, 1635 people – women, children and elderly people – migrated to the territory of Turkey on January 29-30th. They were accommodated at their relatives’ places of residence, as well as at refugee reception centers in the provinces of Hatay, Gaziantep and Sanliurfa,’’ RIA Novosti cites the service.
