Ulyukayev: Russia's economy is overcoming the recession period

Russia's economy has officially overcome the recession period. This opinion was expressed today by the country's Minister of Economic Development, Alexey Ulyukayev.

"According to the definition, a recession process is when a decrease takes place during two consecutive quarters. In this case, the recession is over,'' Gazeta.ru cites him as saying.
