Italy will allocate $400 million for humanitarian aid to Syria

This year the organizers of the conference are going to attract a record sum of $9 billion. Nearly $8 billion will be gathered during the UN-coordinated campaign of dozens of charity organizations, another $1.2 billion will be gathered at the request of the countries bordering Syria, RIA Novosti reports.
