Dagestan's Rutul District opens new bridge

Dagestani Premier Magomed Abdulayev has visited the Rutul District to
view the social-economic situation in the area, RIA Dagestan reports.

The guest was assisted by the deputy head of Dagestan"s president and
administration R. Aliyev, deputy minister of economy A. Abdurakhmanov,
head of the local department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for
Dagestan N. Kaziakhmedov and deputy head of Dagestanavtodor H Ragimov.
Before entering the center of the district the guests took part in the
ceremonial sacrifice of a ram.

Magomed Abdulayev then took part in the opening of a new bridge over
River Aykhiy. The sponsor of the bridge's construction, Efendi
Ismiyev, was also at the opening. He lives in Azerbaijan and
supervises the Board of Directors of Azercorpu.

Magomed Abdulayev congratulated all present with the opening of the
bridge. He noted that the state and municipal authorities pay special
attention to construction, reconstruction and repairing of roads and
bridges.

He thanked Ismiyev for financial support and expressed hope that this
support will be another example of devotion to his people and
Dagestani patriotism.
