The €3 billion provided by the European Union may be not enough for Turkey to receive and resettle all refugees, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said after talks in the Hague with his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte.

The head of the Turkish government stated that this money "is the first stage" of the cooperation between Ankara and Brussels in this sphere. In this regard, he didn't exclude that new negotiations for further assistance to the country may take place if necessary, Tass reports.
