Kadyrov: Third Chechen War won't take place

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that there will be no third Chechen War in the region, despite attempts of external forces to undermine the situation.

"We want to live in peace, build and develop our country, as well as bring up a new decent generation,'' Kadyrov said, speaking at a meeting with the heads of the law enforcement departments.

He noted that now the focus must be on the ideological aspect, especially in the work with young people, Tass reports.
