Ilham Aliyev to participate in Munich Conference

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is to participate in the 52th Munich Security Conference, the head of the republic's Foreign Ministry Elmar Mammadyarov said.

He added that the president will deliver a speech, which will be focused on energy issues.

The 52th Munich Security Conference is to take place on February 12-14th. The Russian delegation will be headed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
