22 judges elected to Georgian Supreme Council of Justice

The third stage of the qualifying competition of judges has come to an end at the High Council of Justice of Georgia, chairman of the Council Nino Gvenetadze said.

"The third stage of the competition (voting) came to an end at the Georgian Supreme Council. As a result of the voting, 22 judges were appointed to 30 vacant places in the system of general courts. Eight of them were former judges, three of them graduated from the Higher School of Justice and 11 were acting judges," Georgia Online cites her as saying.
