US doesn't intend to carry out land operation in Syria

The representative of the US State Department Mark Toner said today that the US authorities were not going to carry out a ground operation against militants of Daesh.

"The United States has no plans to carry out a ground operation in Syria," Gazeta.ru cites him as saying.
