Russia files lawsuit against Ukraine for non-payment of $3 billion debt

Russia has filed a lawsuit at the High Court in London to recover the Ukraine's debt of $3 billion.

"We have repeatedly stated our readiness to discuss the possibility of a bilateral non-judicial settlement of the issue, but, unfortunately, Ukraine wasn't ready to negotiate in a spirit of 'goodwill','' Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
