Kadyrov: Chechnya will not issue spiritual-moral passports

The Chechen authorities don't have plans to issue spiritual-moral passports to young people, the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov announced on his Instagram page.

"I recall that there is only one passport in our country,'' Tass cites him as saying.
