Singer Paata Burchuladze becomes head of Georgia's Development Fund

Famous opera singer Paata Burchuladze has been appointed to the post of executive director of Georgia's Development Fund, replacing its founder Vano Machavariani, the press service of the fund reports.

"The Georgian Development Fund enters into a new phase. Regional offices were opened in Rustavi, Telavi, Akhaltsikhe, Ozurgeti, Kutaisi and Batumi. The situation in the country is more difficult than I thought before," Georgia Online cites Burchuladze as saying.
