BRICS proved its efficiency over the past year, Foreign Ministry spokesperson says

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, summed up the results of the Russian presidency of BRICS. According to the diplomat, during this year official Moscow has proposed many initiatives, most of which were received with interest.
