Turkey and EU discuss issue of refugees at special summit

The European Union plans to hold a special summit together with Turkey in order to discuss the migration crisis, the head of the European Council Donald Tusk stated.

"We will organize a special meeting with Turkey on March 7th," Gazeta.ru cites Tusk as saying.
