Russian Foreign Ministry commented on Azerbaijan's note of protest

The Russian Foreign Ministry hasn't received the original note of protest from Azerbaijan, spokeswoman of the Ministry Maria Zakharova said at a weekly press briefing, commenting on the note of Azerbaijan to Russia due to the sale of weapons worth $200 million  to Armenia.

"We haven't received the original document yet, but yesterday we received a copy by e-mail. There is a special communications procedure in traditional diplomatic practice for communication with partners. Originals of such documents should also be sent, but we haven't received it,'' she said.
