Attack on Petriashvili harms image of Georgia, Ombudsman says

Such crimes as the attempted assassination of Alexi Petriashvili undermine Georgia's image as democratic and stable country, Ombudsman of the republic Ucha Nanuashvili stated.

"It is very sad when such a crime happens in the country. I hope that in the next few days the investigating authorities will make maximum efforts to catch the culprit without delay," Sputnik Georgia quoted him as saying.
