Gazprom and Naftogaz to establish joint ventures

Gazprom and Naftogaz of Ukraine will establish two joint ventures, one
for extraction of gas from coal seams in Ukraine and one for
development of the Black Sea shelf, a message of Gazprom says, RIA
Novosti reports.

The agreements were concluded at a meeting of the head of the board of
Gazprom, Alexey Miller, and the Ukrainian Minister of Fuel and Energy,
Yuri Boyko.
