Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe US State Department denies the existence of any secret agreements
between Russia and the USA on anti-missile systems.
Republican Senator from Arizona Jon Kyl is concerned with the
agreements concluded between Russia and NATO on cooperation in
anti-missile sphere, concluded at the summit. He said on November 25
that he will hinder ratification of the START treaty.
The Republicans believe that the agreement limits the anti-missile
capabilities of the USA and has repercussions for the country's
defences.
Kyl's assistant said that, despite persuasions of the administration,
the senators will not vote for the agreement, RIA Novosti reports.
