Petriashvili doesn’t know person who allegedly attacked him
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe former Georgian State Minister for European Integration, Secretary General of the opposition party Free Democrats Alexi Petriashvili said today that he was not familiar with the person who attacked him in late February.
After being discharged from hospital, Petriashvili commented on possible ties with the suspect in the attack. "I worked on the association agreement [between Georgia and the EU], I haven’t met the suspect earlier. His first and last names are not familiar to me,’’ Petriashvili said in an interview with local television stations, RIA Novosti reports.
