Famous producer George Martin dies

Famous British producer Sir George Martin has died at the age of 90 years, BBC reports with reference to The Beatles drummer Ringo Starr.

"Thank you for all your love and kindness. George will be missed," the musician wrote today on his Twitter account. 

In 1979, he published a memoir, All You Need is Ears, in which he told about his work with the group, RBC reminds. In 1996, Martin was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II.
