UN sees no halt in Syrian truce

The UN Secretary General's special envoy Staffan de Mistura said today that the organization sees no halt in the Syrian truce.

According to him, talks on Syria will focus on the core issues of governance, elections within 18 months and a new constitution.

Recall, Staffan de Mistura plans to start substantive peace talks by March 14.
