Over 115,000 people in Kuban left without electricity

this Friday, RIA Novosti reports, citing Kubanenergo.
On Thursday, Kuban experienced heavy sleet, with wind speeds reaching
17 meters per second and the air temperature dropping to -4 C. Such
weather conditions caused ice on power lines and trees. This led to
trees falling and breaking power lines.
On Thursday, approximately 100,000 people were left without
electricity, with 30,000 people having their energy restored in the
evening.
On Friday, 115 villages were left without electricity, 36 of them
losing all power connection. A total of 116,000 people lost power.
