Militants liquidated in Dagestan were involved in murder of imam, NAC reports

Yesterday, in the Khunzakh district of Dagestan, law-enforcement officers eliminated several militants. The information center of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) reported today that the killed militants were involved in a number of murders.

"According to the operational headquarters of the NAC in the Republic of Dagestan, they were wanted and were involved in attacks on law-enforcement officers, as well as the murder of civilians and the imam of the mosque in the village of Gotsatl in July 2014," RIA Novosti cites the report.
