Merkel: refugees must integrate

Refugees who have arrived in Germany should be prepared for integration, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said today, stressing that it is their duty.

"We expect that the refugees will accept our proposals in the field of integration. It is a duty, not just a possibility," she said, speaking in the town of Haigerloch at a campaign event of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in Baden-Württemberg, TASS reports.
