Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery in Baku to be reconstructed

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has signed a contract for the primary detailed design in the framework of the reconstruction and modernization of the Heydar Aliev Oil Refinery in Baku.

According to SOCAR, the contract was signed with the Alliance Amec-Foster Wheeler/SOCAR-FW, abc.az reports.

Design and construction work at the refinery will be carried out in 2019-2020 years.
