The launch of a 'Soyuz 2.1b' carrier rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which was scheduled for yesterday evening, has been postponed until today due to technical reasons, a Russian Space Agency (Roskosmos) spokesman reported.

"During the launch of the 'Soyuz-2.1b' carrier rocket with the 'Resurs-P' №3 remote-sensory spacecraft, an automatic engine shutdown occurred. The launch was stopped, the reasons are being investigated," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
