Kvirikashvili expresses condolences to Turkey in connection with terrorist attack in Ankara

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has condemned the terrorist attack which occurred yesterday in Ankara and expressed his condolences to the people of Turkey.

"I offer my deepest condolences in connection with the terrorist attack in Ankara, which claimed the lives of people. I share the sorrow of our friend Turkish people. I would like you to know that the Georgian people are standing by you in these sad moments," Georgia Online cited the head of the government as saying.

According to the Turkish Health Minister Mehmet Muezzinoglu, 30 people died at the scene, while another four died in hospital. 125 wounded are currently staying in hospital, 19 of them are in serious condition.
