OPEC meeting may be postponed to April or canceled

The meeting of the oil OPEC countries and countries that are not members of it to discuss a plan to freeze production levels may take place in April, four OPEC sources said.

The meeting may be held in Doha or Russia, Interfax reports with reference to Bloomberg.

According to some delegates, the meeting may be canceled if the majority of producing countries do not want to freeze production at the level of January.
