Car carrying soldiers in blast in Kabardino-Balkaria

A car carrying sodiers on Friday afternoon in the Elbrus area of
Kabardino-Balkaria was hit by a blast ion Friday. No one was injured,
RIA Novosti reports citing a spokesman of the republic's law
enforcement agencies.
