State Department notes progress in Inter-Syrian negotiations

US State Department spokesman John Kirby has noted the progress at Inter-Syrian negotiations that are taking place in Geneva.

"We understand that they are progressing. We are encouraged by the fact that the negotiations are continuing for one more day," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
