30 people detained in Istanbul during anti-terrorist operations
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaIstanbul's anti-terrorism directorate detained 30 people suspected of having links to the banned Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) during the recent anti-terrorist operations in 16 districts of the city backed by helicopters, the TV channel Haberturk reports.
The agency says there were also lawyers among those detained, TASS reports.
Recall, 37 people were killed and more than 120 people were injured in the terrorist attack in Ankara on March 13, which was alleged to have been carried out by a member of the PKK terrorist organization, Seher Cagla Demir.
