Schultz: Turkey should not expect easing of measures during visa liberalization

The European Parliament (EP) is not intending to simplify the process of abolishing visas for Turkey, the head of the European Parliament Martin Schulz said at the opening of the EU summit in Brussels.

"The European Parliament is ready to play a constructive role, but there are two conditions. Firstly, there should be no reductions of our parliamentary procedure. This is a serious decision," Tass cites him as saying.
