Refusal to hold a dialogue between Tbilisi and Moscow in the format of meetings between the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and the Georgian prime minister’s special representative for relations with Russia, Zurab Abashidze, will not solve any problems, their number will only increase, the Georgian diplomat said after returning from Prague.

"Refusal to hold a dialogue cannot solve any problem. On the contrary, it will increase the quantity and scale of the problems. And this will be painfully reflected in our country,” Sputnik Georgia cited Abashidze as saying.
