Turnout at elections to Majilis and Maslikhats of Kazakhstan exceeds 40%
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe Central Electoral Commission of Kazakhstan has informed that, as of 9:00 MSK, in other words over the first five hours voting, turnout at the early elections to the Majilis (the lower house of parliament) and the Maslikhats (the local authorities) amounted to 40.21% of the total number of voters.
At the same time, the highest turnout is in the Almaty region, where more than 57.67% of the electorate has already voted.
