Sargsyan congratulates Khamenei and Rouhani on Novruz

Today, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has congratulated the head of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, on Novruz.

As Sputnik Armenia writes, Sargsyan wished them good health, and peace and prosperity to the Iranian people.
