Rikard Scoufias says TAP construction won't be affected by oil prices

According to him, low oil prices will not have a strong impact on the implementation of the TAP project, Reuters reports.
"The financial investment decision has already been taken, but low oil prices may affect the cost management," Trend cited Scoufias as saying.
