Suicide bomber detonates bomb after football match

29 people have been killed in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad after a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device, France-Presse cites the local police.

The incident occurred after a football match in the village of Al-Asriyan at about 07.00 PM MSK.

"They were awarding the winners when a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in the crowd,'' RIA Novosti cites a representative of the police.
