Monument to Chaliapin to be opened in Kislovodsk

Kislovodsk will host the opening of the monument to Fyodor Chaliapin in late April, the member of the Federation Council committee of the Russian Federation from the Stavropol Territory, Mikhail Afanasyev, said.
