Alexander Khloponin wants to create secular Islamic University in North Caucasus

A secular university to prepare teachers and experts on Islam, should be created in the North Caucasus, said the Presidential Plenipotentiary envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, RIA Novosti reports.

According to Khloponin, the creation of such a school will prevent
religious conflicts.
