Explosive device disposed of in Nalchik

A packet with a suspected explosive device was defused by controlled
explosion on Monday evening in the center of Nalchik, RIA Novosti
reports, referring to a source in the law-enforcement bodies of the
capital of Kabardino-Balkaria.
